Starbucks XR Concepts
Two pitch concepts under the Spatial Delivery banner: a Vision Pro viewer for new store layouts, and a spatial storebuilder for cafe design teams.

The pitch
Starbucks was a target customer for Spatial Delivery early on. The thesis: if spatial planning works for Walmart-scale stores, it works for cafe-scale stores too. The design teams who lay out new locations are doing today what merchants do at retail, just smaller and prettier.
I built two concepts to take into the room.
What we built
Starbucks viewer concept. A Vision Pro experience that lets the design team walk through a proposed cafe layout at 1:1 before construction. The same spatial-canvas thinking we use for retail, but tuned for hospitality: light, materials, the feel of a room you'll spend forty minutes in, not forty seconds.
Starbucks storebuilder concept. The authoring side of the same idea. Drag fixtures, pull from a kit-of-parts, save a layout that the build team can turn into a real space.
Role and stack
UI & UX design. Figma, After Effects, Photoshop, Unity, SwiftUI for the AVP shell. Built under the Spatial Delivery banner.
How it went
The conversation went well; the timing didn't. Hospitality at this scale moves on multi-year capex cycles, and we caught Starbucks mid-priority-shift. The work itself stands, and parts of it have become the visual language for how Spatial Delivery now demos to retail clients.
